The house works especially well for two families or groups of friends, as it allows guests to spend time together while still maintaining their own space and privacy thanks to the layout of two separate apartments.

At Villa Aloria, not only the atmosphere matters, but also the comfort of everyday living. Guests have access to well-equipped kitchens, spaces for shared breakfasts and dinners, comfortable outdoor relaxation areas, and internet suitable for remote work during longer stays.

The private pool area is located directly next to the house and is reserved exclusively for Villa Aloria guests. This allows visitors to relax without outside guests or crowds. Just a few steps away there is direct access to the sea and small intimate swimming spots.
